The committee headed by Senator Abubakar Kyari has four weeks to conclude its assignment. The decision to probe the management of power sector allocations since 1999 was the fallout of a motion by the Senate Leader, Senator Ali Ndume, on the disconnection of Maiduguri from national power grid.
The Senate therefore urged President Muhammadu Buhari to direct the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) to immediately reconnect.
God bless the republic of Nigeria, it’s no joke the leaders we looked onto for help had failed us, Since May 29th 2015 hand over inaugural ceremony, changes in the power section has slightly improved I must say. President Muhammadu Buhari has still not alter any statement yet, may the silent of The President continue to hunt all those involved.
